I went for a walk yesterday where, up to now, walking had been impossible. I was on the Ferry Marsh which had been under water for weeks if not months. Only now, at the end of July in the driest county in the UK, was the path clear. And rather than barren mud, there were these flowers and this bright verdant green.
I'm feeling a little submerged at the moment. Overwhelmed by work and afraid I might not be able to tap into my creativity but it's always there, waiting. Waiting for the water to clear, waiting for the sun to shine, waiting for you to notice it.
